Overview: What is the Wilo Stratos PICO series
At a glance: The Wilo Stratos PICO is a range of glandless
circulator pumps with screwed connection, a blocking-current-proof EC motor and
integrated electronic power control. The range comprises 13 models –

Speed is the EC-motor variable range (min–max 1/min); insulation class F and protection class IPX4D for all 13 models. Net / gross weight in kg. The only stainless-steel-housing type is 25/0,5-6-N (article 4244402); all other types have a grey cast iron housing.

Material note (stainless variant exists – only 25/0,5-6-N)
This Wilo Stratos PICO datasheet lists a stainless-steel housing for exactly one type – the 25/0,5-6-N (article 4244402). All other 12 types use a grey cast iron housing with cataphoretic coating. Do not assume a stainless version of any other type from this document.

FAQ
Which Stratos PICO type has a stainless-steel housing?
Only the 25/0,5-6-N (article 4244402) has a stainless-steel
housing. The other 12 types use a grey cast iron housing with cataphoretic coating.
The "-N" variant shares the same 30 W P2, speed range, EEI ≤ 0.18 and hydraulics as the standard 25/0,5-6;
only the housing material differs.
What are the connection sizes and maximum pressure of the Stratos PICO series?
All 13 models share a maximum operating pressure of PN 10 bar. Screwed
connections are G 1 for the 15 mm types, G 1½ for the 25 mm types and
G 2 for the 30 mm types (article numbers 4244390–4244402). The "-130" variants keep the same
connection but use a 130 mm port-to-port length instead of 180 mm.
What control modes does the Stratos PICO support?
All types support Dynamic Adapt plus, Δp-c (constant
differential pressure), Δp-v (variable differential pressure) and n-const.
(constant speed), and are compatible with the Wilo-Smart Balance App.
Why is there no rated current listed for these pumps?
The Wilo Stratos PICO datasheet provides rated power P2 (15 / 30 / 58 W) and the EC-motor
variable speed range for every type, but does not state a rated current. To avoid fabricating
a value, no rated-current column is included on this page.
