Overview: What is the Wilo Yonos PICO 1.0 series

*EEI: ≤ 0.20 for the 15 / 25 / 30 W types, ≤ 0.23 for the 58 W (8 m head) types. The "-130" variants have a short port-to-port length of 130 mm. The 40/1-8 is the only flanged type (DN 40) and has PN 6 bar; all other types are screwed (G 1 / G 1½ / G 2) with PN 10 bar.

Speed is the EC-motor variable range (min–max 1/min); H_max in m, Q_max in m³/h; insulation class F and protection class IPX4D for all 13 models. Net / gross weight in kg. The 40/1-8 is the only flanged type (DN 40, L₀ 220 mm) and the only PN 6 bar type; all others are PN 10 bar.

This Wilo Yonos PICO 1.0 datasheet specifies a grey cast iron (EN-GJL-200) pump housing for every listed type. It does not list a stainless-steel (e.g. 316) variant of these models; do not assume one exists from this document.

FAQ
What is the difference between the Yonos PICO 1.0 and the larger 40/1-8 type?
The 40/1-8 (article 4248093) is the only flanged type in
the range (DN 40, port-to-port 220 mm) and the only one with PN 6 bar; all other 12 types are
screwed (G 1 / G 1½ / G 2) with PN 10 bar. It shares the same 58 W P2, 7.6 m head and 4.4 m³/h
flow as the 25/1-8 and 30/1-8, but is built for larger flange-connected installations.
What are the connection sizes and maximum pressure of the Yonos PICO 1.0 series?
Twelve types use screwed connections – G 1 (15 mm), G 1½
(25 mm) and G 2 (30 mm) – all at PN 10 bar. The 40/1-8 uses
a DN 40 flange at PN 6 bar (article numbers 4248080–4248093).
What control modes does the Yonos PICO 1.0 support?
All types support Δp-c (constant differential pressure) and Δp-v
(variable differential pressure). Manual functions cover setting the control mode and pump output (delivery
head), plus a pump venting function; the display shows power consumption (W), current delivery head and fault
messages.
Why is there no rated current listed for these pumps?
The Wilo Yonos PICO 1.0 datasheet provides rated power P2 (15 / 25 / 30 / 58 W) and the
EC-motor variable speed range for every type, but does not state a rated current. To avoid
